# Tilpas indstillinger
EG Clinea indeholder mange indstillinger, hvoraf nogle er tilgængelige, så EG Clinea kan tilpasses efter behov.
* Åbn med **Menu > Indstillinger**.
## Indstillinger opsat for alle i klinikken eller for den enkelte bruger
For de fleste vil indstillingerne være sat til at benytte **standardværdien**, som er den værdi, der er sat op globalt for klinikken. Hvis klinikken samlet set ønsker at ændre anvendelsen af en indstilling, skal indstillingen ændres ved at **redigere på maskinen 'Global'**.
Hvis en enkelt bruger ønsker at ændre anvendelsen af en indstilling, skal det forudvalgte i 'maskine' blot bevares.
Nogle indstillinger er teknisk defineret til at være globale. Hvis en indstilling, der er teknisk defineret som global, forsøges ændret på brugerniveau, vises der besked om, at indstillingen kun kan ændres på globalt niveau. Ligeledes, når der foretages ændringer på globalt niveau, vises det tydeligt med en gul bjælke, at der ændres i en global indstilling, som dermed har indflydelse på alle brugere.
### Rediger indstilling til ikke at følge og bruge standardværdi
Indstillingerne er modulopdelt med en forklarende tekst til hver enkelt indstilling.
Marker modulet og indstillingen.
* Vælg maskine '**Global**', hvis ændringen skal gælde for hele klinikken.
* Vælg <F2> på indstillingen for at redigere. Alternativt anvendes <Enter> eller dobbeltklik på den markerede indstilling.
* Fjern markering i ”Brug Standardværdi” og sæt ønsket markering i ”**Aktiveret**”.
* Vælg <**OK**> for at gemme ændringen.
Ændring af en indstilling vil typisk kræve, at det **pågældende modul lukkes og åbnes igen**, før ændringen træder i kraft.
