# Lukket beskeder på telefonen

Tasterne relateret til beskeder bruges til at aktivere eller deaktivere "lukket beskeder". Er en besked aktiveret, lukkes telefonen, og der afspilles en besked med information om årsagen, samt eventuelt yderligere information om mulighederne ved akut behov for lægehjælp.

Der findes 9 faste beskeder i systemet:

* 7 fast indtalte beskeder.
* 2 beskeder, som kan ændres fra sekretær-/receptionstelefonen.

Eksempler på fast indtalte beskeder kan være frokost, møde eller sygdom. Beskederne oprettes og indtales, så de passer til den enkelte kliniks ønsker.

* Aktiveres flere beskeder samtidig, bruges beskeden med det laveste nummer.
* Beskeder kan oprettes som dag- eller døgnbeskeder:
  * Aktive **dagbeskeder** afspilles alle hverdage mellem kl. 8.00 og 16.00.
  * Aktive **døgnbeskeder** afspilles hele døgnet, inkl. weekend og helligdage.
