# Telefonbog
Systemet indeholder en telefonbog, som automatisk opdateres fra Sundhedsvæsenets Organisationsregister (SOR). SOR indeholder bl.a. data om hospitaler, primærsektoren, fysioterapeuter, praktiserende læger, speciallæger, tandlæger mv. Udover de numre som vedligeholdes fra SOR kan egne numre oprettes, som er gældende for hele klinikken.
## Ring op fra telefonbogen
* win+F10 åbner skærmbilledet til '*Ring til*' (illustreret).
* Søg det ønskede nummer frem og tast \[Enter].
* Ring op til en kontakt ved at markere kontakten og vælge <**OK**> eller genvejen <Alt+O>.
## Opret egne numre
* win+F10 åbner skærmbilledet til '*Ring til*'.
* Vælg <**Ny**> åbner skærmbilledet til '*Opret egen adresse*' (illustreret).
* Udfyld felterne (som udgangspunkt minimum felterne Initialer, Navn, Telefonnummer).
* I feltet '*Initial*' anbefales at anvende #001 - #999.
* Afslut med <**OK**> eller genvejen <Alt+O> i '*Opret egen adresse*' efterfulgt af <**Annuller**> eller genvejen <Alt+A> i 'Ring til'.

* Ved oprettelse af mere end ét telefonnummer til samme kontakt, vælges **+**, som åbner '*Andre telefonnumre*' (illustreret).
* Udfyld felterne *Type* og *Nummer*. Der kan oprettes flere telefonnumre med \[Ins]. Afslut med <**OK**> eller genvejen <Alt+O>.
