# Tidsbestilling

## Patienten kan i Patientportalen

* Vælge behandler og årsag, hvorudfra ledige tider vises i en månedsoversigt.
* Se flere ledige tider, end der kan vises, ved at vælge **+x tal flere** på datoen.
* Vælge ugevisning i stedet for månedsvisning. Såvel måneds- som ugevisning kan bladres i.
* Booke én tid pr. dag i klinikken.
* Se en oversigt over sine fremtidige tider i '**Dine tider**'.
* Aflyse tider i 'Dine tider' med undtagelse af dags dato tider, såfremt tiderne er af en aftaletype, der er bestemt af klinikken til at kunne aflyses.
* Tilgå oplysningsskema i '**Dine tider**', hvis en tid har et oplysningsskema tilknyttet.
* Se en historisk oversigt over tidligere tider i '**Dine tider**'. Tiden vil have en status, der angiver om tiden er blevet anvendt eller er blevet aflyst. I tilfælde af aflyst vil det fremgå om det er klinikken eller patienten, der har aflyst tiden. Derudover vil det også fremgå, hvis patienten er udeblevet fra tiden, hvor klinikken har markeret aftalen til dette.
* **Patienter under 15 år** gøres opmærksom på, at aftaletidspunktet vil kunne ses af alle forældremyndighedsindehavere i 'Min Læge'.

## Klinikken kan i EG Clinea

* Vælge at sætte op i *Systemmanager → E-moduler →* [*E-tidstyper*](/systemmanager/e-moduler/e-tidsbestilling/e-tidsbestilling_e-tidstyper.md), at patienten skal udfylde 'Angående' i forbindelse med tidsbestilling og/eller angive, at 'Betingelser' skal udfyldes for at kunne bestille tid.
* Vælge at sætte op i *Systemmanager → E-moduler → E-tidsbestilling →* [*Kalendere*](/systemmanager/e-moduler/e-tidsbestilling/e-tidsbestilling_kalendere.md), at brugertype skal tilføjes efter kalendernavn i forbindelse med tidsbestilling. Vis brugertype er som standard sat til ikke at blive vist og skal derfor tilvælges.
* Vælge at sætte op i **Indstillinger**, at patienten kan booke tid ud fra konceptet om tid samme dag/tid fra dag til dag.
* **Flytte/aflyse en tid**. Patienten skal som altid informeres manuelt, da systemet ikke automatisk informerer. Det nye tidspunkt vil fremgå af Patientportalen, hvis patienten logger ind.
