# E-konsultation
### Patienten kan i Patientportalen
* Vedhæfte billed- og PDF-filer til sin besked (op til tre filer på maksimalt 10 MB pr. fil), såfremt klinikken har slået denne mulighed til.
* Besvare modtagne beskeder fra klinikken samt afsendte beskeder fra Patientportalen.
* Brug af 'Besvar' vil fortsætte konsultationen i samme samtaletråd, hvorimod brug af '**Ny e-konsultation**' altid starter en ny samtaletråd.
* Se sine e-konsultationer i 'Dine e-konsultationer' og samtidig nemt fra forsiden se, hvis der er ulæste beskeder, da et tal og brevikon angiver, at der er ulæste beskeder. Ved valg af 'Dine e-konsultationer' foldes seneste besked automatisk ud og vises.
* Patienter under 15 år gøres opmærksom på, at e-konsultationen vil kunne ses af alle forældremyndighedsindehavere i 'Min Læge'.
* Ikke indsætte emojis.

### Klinikken kan i EG Clinea
* Ændre antal karakterer en e-konsultation maksimalt kan have (standard er 400) i *Systemmanager → E-moduler → E-konsultation →* [*Længde*](/systemmanager/e-moduler/e-konsultation/e-konsultation_opsatning.md).
* Læse modtagne e-konsultationer fra Patientportalen i '**Beskeder**' i bakken '**E-konsultationer**'.
* Se vedhæftede filer i '[Media](/media.md)'.
* Besvare en modtaget besked fra patienten, hvorved der fortsættes i samme samtaletråd.
* Vedhæfte billed- og PDF-filer til beskeder (maksimalt 9 filer).
* Fra patientens Journal besvare e-konsultationen med F8 eller oprette lægebrev med journalnotatet for e-konsultation med Alt+Æ.
* Se ikon og datoangivelse for "Læst-markering", hvornår patienten har åbnet e-konsultationen i Patientportalen, i '[Sendte svar'](/sendte_svar.md).
