Ved oprettelse af et OtoKir forløb startes en [Operation](/otokir/operation_otokir.md), herefter følger [Kontrol](/otokir/kontrol_otokir.md) og efterfølgende kontroller.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Bemærk!** Læs eventuelt afsnittet til [Forløb](/otokir/forloeb_otokir.md) for en overordnet og trinvis guide til at starte og håndtere et OtoKir forløb fra Journalen.

## Funktioner

* **Angiv** om det er højre eller venstre øre. Sideangivelse er **obligatorisk**. En operation kan først gemmes, når det er angivet.
* **Registrer dato, sideangivelse, operations nr.** samt **ansvarlige bruger** øverst.
  * Feltet “*Operations nr.*” tæller automatisk antallet af operationer op.
  * “Operations nr.” er redigerbar, i modsætning til i OtoKir Kontrollen. Hvis patienten har fået foretaget operationer andetsteds, er det muligt at indtaste operations nr. manuelt. Systemet tæller da automatisk op ud fra det indtastede nr.
* **Registrer pre-operative** og **per-operative data**.
* **Signeret audiogram** kan vælges ved brug af knappen **Vælg audio**.
  * Målingerne fra aktuelle audiogram (hvis valgt) bringes til visning ved brug af knappen **Vis audio**.
* **Udebliver en patient fra en operation**, kan det markeres ved at vælge knappen ‘Dropout’ fra bundlinjen.
  * Angiv dato og årsag (“**Lægelig vurdering**”, “**Manglende** **patient compliance**” eller “**Møder ikke op**”).
  * Der oprettes automatisk et notat i Journal.
  * Ved fejlagtig registrering af ‘**Dropout**’ anvendes Slet for at slette registreringen.
* Kontrollen kan startes fra Operationen vha. knappen **Kontrol** eller ved at fortsætte forløb i journalen med genvejen <kbd>F6</kbd>.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://manual.egclinea.com/otokir/operation_otokir.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
