# Interaktion

Ved ordination af medicin kontrolleres mod interaktioner til de andre aktuelle ordinationer.

## Interaktionsdatabasen

[Interaktionsdatabasen](http://www.interaktionsdatabasen.dk/) har til formål at gøre behandlingen med lægemidler mere effektiv og sikker, og at fremme kvaliteten i patientbehandlingen, herunder bidrage til rationel farmakoterapi. Det har været hensigten at udvikle et redskab, der er let at anvende i den kliniske hverdag, og hvor der på højt fagligt niveau er skabt konsensus om rekommandationer og beskrivelser af interaktioner.

Ved interaktioner gives der besked om, hvorvidt kombinationen bør undgås, eller om den kan anvendes med dosisjustering.

I oversigten til venstre ses de ordinationer på patientens medicinkort, der kan interagere med det valgte præparat. Marker hver enkelt linje for at se rekommandation og konklusion til højre i billedet.
