# Trinvis eksempel
**Ajourfør medicinkort**
1. Hent patientens medicinkort.
### Gennemgå ordinationer
2. Gennemgå sammen med patienten hvilke ordinationer, der er aktuelle og hvilke ordinationer, der skal seponeres. Er alle ordinationer aktuelle (**gå til trin 6**). Skal ordinationer seponeres (**gå til trin 3**).
3. Marker en ordination, der skal seponeres og vælg **Seponer**. Alternativt højreklik og vælg '**Seponer**'.
4. Vælg **Ja** til systemets besked om at udføre handlingen. Ordinationerne fjernes fra det aktuelle medicinkort.
5. Er der en eller flere uafsluttede recepter til en ordination, som seponeres, vil systemet spørge til om recepterne skal annulleres.
6. **Gentag trin 3-4** i tilfælde af flere ordinationer skal seponeres.
### Gennemgå løse recepter
7. Gennemgå sammen med patienten om der findes løse recepter, der har tilsvarende ordinationer, som disse løse recepter kan tilknyttes. Skal alle løse recepter forblive løse (**gå til trin 10**). Er der løse recepter, som skal tilknyttes ordination (**gå til trin 8**).
8. Marker ordinationen, der skal knyttes til, og sæt fokus på den løse recept. Tast Ctrl+Alt+Ins eller højreklik og vælg '**Knyt til ordination**'. De løse recepter fjernes fra fanebladet '**Løse recepter**' og knyttes til respektive ordinationer i det aktuelle medicinkort.
9. **Gentag trin 7** i tilfælde af flere løse recepter skal tilknyttes.
10. Marker de resterende løse recepter som værende uaktuelle.
11. Sørg for fokus er på fanebladet 'Løse recepter' og tast Shift+Ctrl+Del eller højreklik og vælg '**Marker alle som uaktuelle**'.
12. Vælg \ til systemets besked om at udføre handlingen.
### Ajourfør
13. Vælg knappen **Ajourfør** og vælg **Ja** til at medicinkortet skal markeres som ajourført.
14. Patientens medicinkort er ajourført og ajourføring dato påføres øverst.
