# Beregning fra optisk akselængdemåler
## IOL-Master beregning
En måde er at vælge linsen ud fra IOL-Masterens anbefaling ved at vælge knappen **IOL**.
I eksemplet er det højre øje, som er aktivt. Venstre øjes felter er derfor grå og dermed inaktive felter, som ikke kan vælges.
Ved flere målinger markeres den ønskede måling. De anbefalede linser vises med **>** eller **<**.
Felterne i forundersøgelsesbilledet vil blive udfyldt med den valgte linse og styrke.
## NÆSER algoritmen

En anden måde er at vælge linsen ved at vælge knappen **Beregn**.
Vælg denne hvis der arbejdes med Linseberegningsalgoritmer i selve EG Clinea, som er blevet lagt ind i systemet. Metoden er helt uden om IOL-Masterens beregninger. På nuværende tidspunkt findes kun beregninger for NÆSER algoritmen. Beregningerne medregner den målte præoperative kammerdybde (ACD).
* Valget i '*Linse*' resulterer i en visning af en tabel over linser og konstanter.
* '*Rx,ref*:' er målet for den ønskede visus efter operationen og ud fra dette foreslås linsen.
