# Sygehushenvisning
Vælger du sygehushenvisning, føres du automatisk videre til den [dynamisk henvisning](/henvisning/dynamisk-henvising.md) *Generel henvisning (sygehushenvisning)*.
## Funktioner og felter
Ved afsendelse medsendes den henvisende læges navn og titel. Godkendes henvisningen efterfølgende af en anden læge, er det i stedet den godkendende læges navn og titel, der medsendes som afsender/henviser.
Felterne er de samme som ved en [speciallægehenvisning](/henvisning/speciallaegehenvisning.md).
* Felterne **Modtager** og **Anamnese** er obligatoriske, og skal udfyldes, før henvisningen kan sendes.
* **Anamnese** – på gravide patienter kan du højreklikke i feltet og indsætte systemfrasen "svangrejournal tekst". Den indsatte tekst er den tekst, PLSP danner i patientens Digitale Svangrejournal. Denne funktion er kun synlig, hvis patienten er angivet som gravid i EG Clinea, og kan kun bruges på sygehushenvisninger. **Bemærk!** Denne funktion er, fra den 10. januar 2022, kun aktiv hos specifikke pilotkunder.
* **Kopi** – angiv en modtager, der skal have en kopi af henvisningen.
* **Dato for opfølgning** – udfyldes automatisk, og henvisningen fremgår derefter i *Opfølgning*, under fanebladet [Henvisninger](/opfoelgning/henvisninger.md), til brug for overblik. En indstilling styrer, hvilken dato der sættes:
* Som standard 28 dage fra dags dato for sygehushenvisninger.
* 5 dage fra dags dato ved prioriteringen *Akut*.
Datoen kan altid redigeres. Fjernes datoen, kommer henvisningen ikke i *Opfølgning*.
