# Funktioner, Skærmbillede

## Opdeling af skærmbillede
Børnejournal er opdelt i *Undersøgelser*, *Vaccinationer* og *Andre vaccinationer*.
Forsiden viser alle undersøgelser, der er foretaget på patienten gennem tiden.
### Funktioner
* Ret indtastede vaccinationer og undersøgelser med F2.
* Slet alle vaccinationer og undersøgelser med Delete.
* Udskriv børneundersøgelser, inkl. grafer, med F5, eller højreklik i tabellen og vælg **Udskriv**. Udskriften kan tilpasses, f.eks. uden grafer, ved at ændre [udskriftsskabelonen](/systemmanager/diverse/udskrifter.md) i Systemmanager.
* Gem en udskrift som PDF med Ctrl+F5, eller højreklik i tabellen og vælg **Gem som PDF**.
### Felter
* **Køn** – angives automatisk, og vises øverst i venstre hjørne.
* **Alder** – beregnes automatisk.
* **Vægt**, **Højde** og **Cr. Omf.** – felter til indtastning af værdier.
Alle indtastede målinger kan ses på en graf, hvor du kan sammenligne målingen med normalværdierne.
### Fraser
Systemfraserne <**Seneste Børneundersøgelse**> og <**Alle Børneundersøgelser**> gør det nemt at indsætte indholdet fra de respektive undersøgelser i f.eks. en henvisning. Læs mere om [fraser](/fraser.md).
### Andre vaccinationer
Her kan du registrere alle andre typer vaccinationer, f.eks. hvis barnet er vaccineret mod hepatitis, eller har fulgt et udenlandsk vaccinationsprogram med vacciner, der ikke gives i Danmark.
